JESSE LINGARD’S girlfriend “liked” a picture of the Manchester United star just hours before it emerged he had cheated on her.
The Sun on Sunday exclusively revealed that England player Lingard, 25, romped in a hot tub with a single mum — days before celebrating his birthday with model girlfriend Jena Frumes.
But Frumes, 24, posted a picture to social media of Lingard during United’s 0-0 draw with Southampton on the weekend alongside a love heart.
The United star bedded Red Devils fan Leonie Borek hours after his team’s 2-1 derby defeat to rival Manchester City in December.
Lingard, who had pursued Borek for sex on social media, then left her with a pair of signed boots personalised with his squad number 14 as a memento.
He went on to mark his 25th birthday alongside American Instagram model Frumes, who he has been dating for a year.
Midfielder Lingard, subbed off during the City game, arranged for Borek to be picked up by a friend and driven to his house hours after the final whistle on December 10.
She eagerly travelled to the mansion expecting to be wined and dined.
But instead she was shocked to find Lingard sitting in his training kit eating Domino’s pizza and sipping Disaronno liqueur with teammate Marcus Rashford and another friend.
Borek, 32, told how Lingard and his friends played cards and watched football on a flat-screen TV before Rashford and the other man left — and the real action began.
She said she and Lingard romped three times and the next morning the star, who has eight international caps for England, handed her his old pair of training boots and asked a friend to drive her to the train station.
Borek branded the football star a “love rat” after reading about Frumes in The Sun. The mother of one from Sheffield told The Sun she feels “used”.
She said: “Jesse’s just a little boy in a big house with a flash lifestyle. He has no idea how to treat women and it’s disgusting how he has behaved.
“He pursued me with only one thing on his mind and wouldn’t stop until he’d got it.
“Jesse whinged to me about not having had sex for a long time. It’s clear sex is all that’s on his mind.”

The $AUD173,000-a-week star contacted Borek after a United teammate showed him a Snapchat picture of her last month.
The player handed over her details and Lingard immediately sent her a private message. He asked for Borek’s phone number so they could chat together on WhatsApp.
They then swapped dozens of flirty messages, with Lingard asking: “U good at massages?”
He whinged he “ain’t had it for ages” and warned “you better save some energy” when she told him about being tired after a long day at work.
Borek told how Lingard begged to meet at his home — or at the team hotel while he was on club duty.
She said the footballer first asked her to come to United’s hotel in London the night before the team’s Premier League clash with Arsenal on December 2.
Borek added: “When I said no to meeting him the night before the match he said he could get me tickets to watch the game.
“He wanted me to get on the train back to Manchester with him after the game. It was bizarre. He should have been focused on the game — it’s what he’s paid for. Not chasing sex.”

In fact, Lingard scored twice as United won 3-1 at Arsenal.
The pair continued messaging and Leonie eventually agreed to meet Lingard eight days later.
At 3.37pm, less than an hour before the big kick-off against arch rivals City, the star asked her: “U wanna arrive for 8?”
And he continued arranging their rendezvous just an hour after the final whistle.

Borek caught the train to Manchester’s Victoria Station where the footballer had arranged for a friend to pick her up.
During the 45-minute journey Lingard FaceTimed Borek — pulling faces and joking — before she finally arrived to find him with Rashford and their mate.
Borek said: “It was just a bit weird, not exactly what you call a romantic first date.
“It was only Marcus Rashford that seemed to have manners. He was friendly and wasn’t drinking like the other two.”

Borek said she began having sex with Lingard moments after Rashford and his friend left at around 11pm.
She said: “He moved into his sauna and pool area and was waiting for me on a massage table.
“We then switched to the jacuzzi and had sex in it. Later we moved upstairs and had sex again in his bed before falling asleep.
“The next day he again made his move, telling me how he loved having sex in the morning.”
After that day the pair continued to swap texts and Borek was convinced they would continue seeing each other.
But she was shocked to read days later how Lingard had invited his girlfriend to share in his birthday celebrations.
The footballer and Frumes shared pictures on social media taken inside the kitchen of his mansion.
In one image seen by his 2.5 million Instagram followers, he posed next to gold balloons that spelled out his nickname J Lingz.
Frumes posted details of their party — including an intimate video of the star dancing in his kitchen.
The pair later joined friends for a birthday night out, where they posed next to a birthday cake.
Angry Borek confronted Lingard via text message, but he told her to ignore the reports.
She told The Sun on Sunday: “Why cheat on such a beautiful girlfriend? He clearly has no shame or respect.”
