The mobile versions of GTA Vice City were released during 2013 as a 10 year anniversary edition. While the official line is that there are no cheats in the game, there is a way to input the PC cheats into the GTA Vice City Android and iPhone versions of the game if you can somehow attach a keyboard or install some kind of keyboard app that lets you type during gameplay. How to Enter GTA Vice City Cheats on iPhone

You can’t use your Apple Virtual Keyboard to enter these cheats unless your device is already Jailbroken. Probably the best way to enter these GTA Vice City iPhone cheats is to purchase a USB or Bluetooth keyboard, link it to you iPhone and enter the GTA Vice City iPhone cheats that way.

A note about GTA Vice City Cheats

Walk up behind someone, then press Triangle. Their arms should be in the air. Press Triangle again to break their neck.

After the first mission you will end up in the barracks. Grab the handgun and kill soldiers, then take their guns. Note: If you kill too many of them they will fire back.

Successfully complete Lance's 'From Zero To Hero' mission. The Splitz-6 ATV, which can travel on land and water, will appear at the compound safe house.
