In your first encounter with Sandman, do not tryto attack him, just stay close to him. Counter-attack him several times on different levels tofinally battle him. Unfortunately, you must usethe Black suit to damage him. Just keep hittinghim until you are prompted to give him a bath.Keep repeating this until you defeat him.Sandman will create a mini-tornado making it soyou cannot hit him. Use your Spidey senses tododge the flying bars and wait until he throws atank at you. Press Attack when prompted and sendit back at him, allowing you to beat him up. Hewill start up his tornado again and do somedamage. Repeat this until he dies.The second battle with Sandman is easy. Justdodge when your Spidey senses alert you and runto the yellow circles when they appear. Completethe prompts to throw TNT barrels into Sandman.Eventually Harry will kill him, defeating Sandman.

Before this battle, go to the upgrade menu andmake sure you have the melee volley attack; thenfight. Depending on your health level, you may ormay not want to use the power-up. At first, youcan easily jump over Venom, confuse him, and takeaway some of his health. Keep doing this untilhis black suit begins to 'glow'. Now when youjump over him, he will run away. This is a goodopportunity to use the melee volley attack onhim. Keep hitting him until his 'glow' getsbigger and eventually Harry will tell you toknock Venom into the air. He will fall back tothe ground just as before, easily confused.Repeat this cycle until his health is really lowand you can finish him off.Use the following steps to defeat Venom the firstand second time you face him. When you meet Venomfor the first time at the construction site, youmust defeat him in under five minutes or MaryJane will die. An easy way to do this is todefeat Venom in version one. It should be quiteeasy. Version two is slightly harder, but all youhave to do is watch his five punch combo. Thelast punch is his super punch. After he is donewith his combo, beat him up. Repeat this untilVenom turns into version three. You cannot domuch once he is in his full power. Watchcarefully and you should see a flashing symbol.Follow what the game instructs you to do and youshould win. This works on both fights.In the final battle with Venom, it is just thetwo of you. Repeat the previously listed steps todefeat him. When his 'glow' is very high, runover to the metal bars and follow the prompt.This will slowly remove the suit off him,eventually killing him.

You must first defeat Kraven The Hunter. Use theBlack suit and it will be easy. You will thencatch up with the new and improved Lizard. Standby a generator and wait until he is about tostrike, then dodge. He will hit the generator andshock himself. This will also shock you. Repeatthis until you must counter-attack him and ridehis back. Try to balance and he will run intoone. When the last one shuts off, you must turnit back on. Go over to the switch and turn itback on. Ride his back one more time to defeat him.

All of the Spider Emblems are found on the sidesof buildings.

When an ambulance passes, it will have Spiderman'shealth on top of it.

Collect all 100 meteorite pieces.

After you destroy the suit, collect all 50 spider emblems.

When there is a mission available for the Daily Bugle, go to it. Go inside the building and talk to Robbie. When he assigns you a project, leave the building, then go back in. Notice that the nav point is now showing up from inside the building. Wait up to seven minutes inside the building. You will then get a mission failed message (you wasted too much time, Eddie has taken your job). You will now have two options, 'Retry' or 'Do something else'. Select 'Do something else', and you should then appear on top of the Daily Bugle as Peter Parker. Walk over to the race on top of the building, but do not start it. When 'Press A to start mission' appears, you will have the ability to use A, which is punch. Walk over to the edge of the building and hold Forward and do uppercuts until Peter falls off the building. You are now Peter Parker in the city; however, all you can do is run around and punch or web. To exit, die. When you respawn on top of the building, go into the Daily Bugle, then come back out.

If you hear a chime while swinging through the city, this indicates that you are close to a Token.

You can earn upgrades for this ability by using it a lot.

To get angry without having to fight enemies, simply tap RB repeatedly. Spider-Man will make a shaking hand motion and will scream. The longer you tap RB, the more rage you will build up.

When an enemy is running away from you, press B. You will stun their eyes and make it easier to kill them.

To easily defeat enemies, jump then keep tapping both Attack buttons.

Use the following trick to defeat Apocalypse Gang members, Arsenic Candy girls, and Dr. Connor's Lizard Creations in one hit. Jump up in the air and pull the enemy up to you. Then, very quickly press B when they are close then Y repeatedly. You will pile drive their head in to the ground. This move will only defeat the lower level gang members in one hit. In order to do this on the ones with weapons, you must be Black suit Spider-Man in Rage mode. They will lose 75% of their health.

To cut the distance you have to travel, go to the Daily Bugle. Get in between two smoke towers. You can use your Spider-Sense to find it. Look in the direction you want to go, then press X and tap Left Analog-stick Down.

To defeat Venom in the Grand Finale mission, hold LB then run and hit the boxes to drive him crazy. By holding LB while doing this, you will have more time to run while your opponent is in slow-motion.

The final button combination to defeat Venom is Up, A, Left, A(2), B, LB, X, LB, Y, RT.

Do not try to ride a regular car to get the Hitch Hiker achievement because the traffic is very bad and the cars barely move. Instead, ride a criminal's car for a distance of five miles. It is easier and faster. Remember to knock out the people that attack you.

Go to the Daily Bugle, and use the Web Sling Shot area at the pointed part of the building. Immediately before you land, quickly use the Web Zip or just keep pressing RT to get the achievement.

To easily get this achievement, go to the subway and swing as fast as you can into an oncoming train.
