Play as Sandwraith

When you reach the portal room for the second time, when you have to switch the time to the present for the first time, the Prince will say that something is wrong. You must run the switches on the wall to make the portal work correctly. Do not run the switches on the wall. Instead, enter the portal as it is and you will switch the time to the present. Save the game, then exit and load the game. You will now be playing as Sandwraith. In this mode you will constantly lose life and much more health when hit than in normal mode. However your attacks will be very powerful and you are much more quicker. Note: Save the game on a different file if you wish to continue the game as the Prince.

Do the same thing as instructed above, but do not exit the game. Instead, continue playing until you die, or just jump into a pit. Either way, you must die a few times for this to work. Eventually when you retry and come back to life, the prince's body will become completely invisible except for his swords and his head. Note: You only have one chance to play the game in this form; if you die again and retry you will come back as the sandwraith and will not be able to do it again unless you start a new game.

Glowing sword

Go to the Mystic Caves with a sword that can break walls. Pass the first gate that unloced to find a passage divided by a pit with a switch on the floor. Jump into the pit and get through the breakable section of wall at one end. Break the weapon rack that is behind it to get the glowing sword. This secondary weapon does a large amount of damage, but with every use will also increase damage given to the Prince.

Hockey stick

After getting a sword that can break walls, return to the Central Hall during the Throne And The Mask level. Turn the lever to cover the ground level gap. Follow the same path used to get the Life Upgrade in this area. However, instead of entering the door, turn right and break the part of the wall with sand coming down with your sword to find a weapons rack that is hiding the hockey stick weapon.

Pink flamingo

After getting a sword that can break walls, get to the Garden Hall (Present). Begin at the middle passageway at the very top of the hall. Wall run to the rope, then wall run to the central platform. Turn to the left and walk through the rubble that should be in front of you. Turn around and hold onto the platform you were just standing on. Then, jump across the gap to the next platform. To your left is another platform with a switch. Once there, use the switch then go back to the platform you were just on. Climb on the block that is now here, then do a vertical wall run and jump to get to the beam above. Walk along the beam to the right then jump to the ledge on the far wall. Follow the ledge until you find an alcove. Drop down into the alcove and use your sword to break the rear wall on the right side. The pink flamingo weapon is hidden in the weapon rack. One hit from it can knock anything except Bosses to the ground.

Rayman's glove

Get to the main tomb in the Catacombs. Exit this area to begin a Dahaka chase. Notice that the passageway branches during the second and third Dahaka chase. Turn left here and find the weapon rack immediately to your left. Break the weapon rack to collect Rayman's glove. One hit from it can knock anything except Bosses to the ground.

Teddy bear

One of the miscellaneous secondary weapons is the teddy bear. Locate it after earning the Scorpion Sword in the clock (west) tower. There are three encounters with a giant golem enemy in the clock tower when you initially go through it. The first is before you start negotiating the vertical climbing of the tower (past); the second is atop the clock tower (past); and the third is stationary and throws exploding monsters in the clock tower's second area (past). Look for the room where the second giant golem enemy is found. You need to be in the present (find a time portal) and drop into the water-filled dead end past the golem's room. Break the wall and retrieve the teddy bear. The teddy bear is almost unbreakable and does almost no damage, but has the ability to restore lost life to the Prince with each successful blow on an enemy.

Old sword

On the ship where the game starts, look at the weapon that your dead shipmates have dropped (the humans, not monsters). Most of them should be the sword you started with Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time.

Finding your way at the clock tower

After you get to the huge room in the clock tower, the camera will zoom in on the Sand Troll with boxes. When you defeat the enemies, the troll will keep throwing the exploding Sand Dogs. There are two weak walls on the left and the right. Go to the right one first. You will see a weak wall. Stand by it and look at the troll. When you see the troll throw those dogs, get out of the way. Look in the hole and you will see a water fountain. If you are low on health and want to save a game, go right first. Do the same exploding tactic with the troll.

Defeating enemies quickly

Use the following trick to easily defeat any of the large enemies that require you to jump on their backs and get hits. Use Slow (tap L1) when you are climbing up its back. Once you get up there, start hitting it as much as possible. Eventually, before time runs out or it has the chance to throw you off its back, you will be able to stab it in the neck and it will fall. By doing this, you will only use one Sand Tank and it will be refilled by its death. Note: Do not use any other Sand Tanks prior to jumping on its back, or else you will waste them and not get them back too quickly. Note: You may have to use two Sand Tanks while on its back if it is used too early.

When you are on a cliff or platform with areas to fall off and enemies start attacking in groups, just throw them off instead of wasting Sand Tanks or fighting them all head on. This saves time, especially when you reach The Cliff as the Sandwraith.

Defeating the first Boss

Block and do the attack were you jump behind her, and attack her twice. Remember to block immediately after this or she will hit you down. Additionally, while fighting the first Boss after you become the Sandwraith, use slow time to easily kill it. It will rarely get a hit on you, and your Sand Tank will regenerate during this time. Whenever it runs out, immediately start slow time again. Remember to stay behind it or its attack will knock you off the platform.

Defeating the Crow mini-Boss

Use the following trick to defeat the mini-Boss that is formed from the evil crow enemies encountered in the beginning of the game after the ship level. Jump over him and slash him in the air repeatedly. By doing this, he cannot hit you. You must wait a few seconds between attacks. Also, in the last two stages, you will be on platforms; be careful that you do not fall off.

Defeating the mechanical tower Boss

To defeat the large Boss on the mechanical tower stage, continuously hold R1 to block, and dodge all his attacks by pressing X while blocking. Control the direction of your dodge by moving the Left Analog-stick. Note: Dodging to the left or right is best. Blocking his hits will not work, as you will die after four hits. He has no armor on the back of his legs; when you get behind him, hit his legs and prepare to dodge again. After a few times of doing this, he will fall to his knees. You will be able to jump on his back by pressing X. Strike him in the head with your sword five to eight times. He will then throw you off if you do not jump off in time. Repeat this three or four and he will die.

Roll under his legs (it is a lot easier than trying to go around) and slash at the back of his ankles. When he drops to one knee, press X to climb up his back. About halfway up his back, slow down time and begin slashing at him. You should be able to kill him before he can throw you off his back. Also, when he dies he gives you a sand tank, so it is like earning it back.

Defeating The Dahaka

You must have all nine Life Upgrades to gain the final sword, The Water Sword, to fight The Dahaka and receive the alternate ending. Before you enter the Central Chamber the second time, make sure you go to the pedestal in the middle of the hourglass room to receive the Water Sword. Enter the Central Chamber to trigger the intermission sequence. Then, chase the empress to trigger the alternate Boss fight with The Dahaka. This can be a very tricky Boss (especially under the hard difficulty setting), and he may seem very cheap at first. Immediately when the fight starts, trigger the Ravages Of Time attack against the beast. Do this twice, then run around and refill your Sand Tanks. The Dahaka will try to shoot his tendrils up through the ground in front of you. The best tactic to avoid them is to run around in a circle -- they will not touch you. After your Sand Tanks are filled, go back towards him. When you get close to him, he will shoot tendrils out of his stomach at you. Roll under them then activate Slow Time and hit him until his health is about half way down. An intermission sequence will start, and the beast will be hanging on the side of the cliff. Run over to him and use Ravages Of Time as much as possible. When his health gets too low, he will jump up into the center of the stage and regain half of his health. This is when he becomes angry and things get tricky. He will try to jump on you multiple times. Run around the stage collecting the sands, rolling out of the way when he jumps towards you. If he misses you, he will try to shoot his tendrils at you; just run or roll away from him. Eventually he will go back to shooting tendrils out of the ground. When your sands are full, run towards him and use the same tactic as before. When your down to a couple of Sand Tanks, fill up again. The strategy is to get his health as low as possible before he gets knocked to the side of the cliff, then use either Slow Time or Ravages to kill him off before he jumps back up again.

Get the Light Sword. Ensure that you do not throw the Light Sword. Hang onto it until the Dahaka fight. Beat on him as instructed above, but when he hangs on the ledge for the first time, slow time and hit him with the Light Sword (not the Water Sword). He should die before he is able to jump back up. If not, you will defeat him the second time.

Defeating The Empress Of Time

To defeat the empress of time for the last time, dodge all her attacks, especially the kicks. Do not let her get near the girl in red. When only a little of her life remains, keep blocking and press Triangle or Square.

Prince Of Persia Game Cheats Ps2 Games

A good but slightly cheap way to defeat the Empress of time in the normal ending is as follows. At the end of the intermission sequence, immediately jump backwards towards the edge of the 'arena'. Simply back away off the edge. It is impossible for her to attack the Prince while he is hanging from the ledge. Shimmy over a few feet from her (she usually will not follow). Anytime you are ready, simply pull yourself up and do a three-hit combo on her. If she blocks one of the attacks, jump back quickly to the edge to avoid a combo from her. If she slows down time, immediately go back and hang from the ledge until time returns to normal. Doing so is a good way to save your Sand Tanks until you find a better opportunity to use them. Once you feel like it, use one of your own sand tanks to slow down time. Then use the Square(3), Toward, X(6) combo. Once you finish this combo, jump back towards the ledge. You may then choose to either use the three-hit combo or the Slow Time combo described above. Any time she uses the whirlwind attack, just run away. Using your Sand Tanks to slow time for this attack is not recommended, as it only takes away two to three seconds of the whirlwind. Try to keep all of the whirlwinds away from the camera. By doing this, you can run towards the camera without worrying about hitting a whirlwind. Once the winds are done, repeat the strategy discussed earlier. It may take a while to complete and is cheap, but it is much easier than actually trying to dodge her attacks.

Defeating the Giant Troll

Hit the Giant Troll on the back of its legs. After you get it to fall on its knee, press X to jump on it. After you are on its head, use slow motion. Keep pressing Square during slow motion and eventually it will not grab you.

Defeating the Golem Boss

To defeat the harder Golem Boss that throws exploding monsters at you, have at least five Sand Tanks full. Activate Ravage Of Time (press R1, then tap L1) and hit him behind his legs (which has no armor). Then, jump on his back and onto his head. Immediately activate Ravage Of Time again so you can hit his head quicker. When it wears off, activate Eye Of The Storm (press L1), then keep hitting him. You should then finish him off.

Defeating the Sand Griffin

When the Sand Griffin lands, slow down time. Go up to it and start slashing it. If it slashes at you with its claw or tail, roll out of the way. Keep hitting it with time slowed down. Once it has taken enough damage, it will go into the air. Go to the edge and hang off. You do not have to worry about it hitting you. Once it lands again, slow down time and attack. Keep doing this until it is defeated.

Defeating Shadi

This is an easy but precise way to defeat Shadi. Attack her until you hear a large 'clank', which indicates that she has blocked. Then, roll to the side of her. When this is done, most of the time you will be able to get behind her and repeat the attack. You should get to hit her about four times (and possibly up to six times) before she blocks. However, sometimes you may only hit her about two times before she blocks. You must listen for the 'clank'.

Life Upgrade locations

1 (Past): After fighting the girl in black a second time, pull the large altar on ground level of the sacrificial chamber to reveal a secret door. Go through the trapped hallway and get the first Life Upgrade.

2 (Past): This is done after Slow Time is earned. From the room where the Prince has an intermission sequence with the maggot man creature, go into the large courtyard-like room with a timed floor switch next to some stairs. This switch opens a low gate at the top of the same set of stairs. Go through that trapped hallway for the second Life Upgrade. Note: To obtain the second Life Upgrade without getting the power that slows time, you must find the switch behind the barrels. Press the switch and wall ride up the wall, instead of running up the stairs roll. If done correctly, you should make it a moment before the door closes.

3 (Past): This is done after the Serpent Sword is earned. Rotate the turnstile switch directly opposite the facing of the metal nub where the Serpent Sword was used to create platforms to a door at the bottom of the chasm. Use long wall jumping to slow the Prince's descent down to the level of the door. Past that door is a trapped hallway that leads to the third Life Upgrade.

4 (Past): When exploring the Garden Tower, look for a room that is overgrown with vegetation and is directly below a box and folding bridge puzzle. It is in the same vicinity as the first switch that turns on the water for the Garden Tower. A break in the fencing allows the Prince to drop off and use ledges to access a door underneath the overgrown vegetation room. The fourth Life Upgrade is past that trapped hallway.

5 (Past): When exploring the Garden Tower's second water puzzle, ledge up after turning on the water (but before exiting the room with the turn switch) for the fifth Life Upgrade.

6 (Past): When exploring the Clock Tower, look the giant Golem enemy that throws explosives. One breakable wall is a save point, but there is a second breakable wall on the other end of the room leads to the sixth Life Upgrade.

7 (Past): After gaining the Scorpion Sword and a particularly tough giant Golem encounter, a ladder leads the Prince to a Roman courtyard room. Two breakable walls are here -- one has a switch, and the other has the door which requires Slow Time to access. The seventh Life Upgrade is past that door.

8 (Past): After entering the Library, the Prince will need to pull out two bookcases to continue his progress. Look for two circular ledge/beam structures (one of which will have a Ninja) after dealing with the bookcases. One of the circular ledge/beam structures leads to a wall with three levels of ledges that may be climbed/sidled. This is a detour to the eighth Life Upgrade.

9 (Past): There is a location near the beginning where you chased Shadee (girl in black) and a door shut behind her. You then have to go up a set of platforms to finally reach the switch atop the room, just before sacrificial pit. Go back there when you get a sword that can break walls. Make your way back up this room. Look carefully when on the top platforms. There should be a set of metal bars in one of the wall that seem damaged. There is a crate behind those bars. Break the metal bars with your sword. Bring the crate onto the platform and look up. You can use the crate to access a passage in the roof to reach the ninth Life Upgrade.

Voice credits

Play through the game until getting to the large courtyard just before the first chariot sequence, during your second Dark Prince transformation. Look in the corner of the courtyard to find a hole in the ceiling which enemies appear from until you leave the area. Stab and hang from the panel near that hole to open the exit. Climb the pole nearest to the hole in the ceiling to hear a monotone female voice announce the game's voice credits.

Health bonuses

Shortly after your first transformation into the Dark Prince, you will find a hallway with two paths. One is down a trapped corridor, and the other is hidden behind a cloth doorway. Go through the doorway and follow the beams until you reach a fountain. Drink from the fountain and you will appear in a trapped corridor. Get past the traps to the light, and you will appear back at the fountain with a health bonus.

There is a circular water-filled room shortly after one of your Dark Prince transformations. After solving the puzzle, run up the wall to get to the rods, then jump up from rod to rod. Around halfway up the room you will see a hole in the wall poorly concealed behind a blue banner. Jump through this hole to get to a life upgrade fountain. Make it to the end of the corridor and you will appear back at the bottom of the room.

Right after you defeat the Canal Monster, there will be a fountain where you can save. Go back where you will find some pots and jars and smash them. There will be a hole behind them, which you need to roll under. This will lead you to a bonus health fountain.

After the third Boss fight and a Dark Prince transformation, you will be in a large room with an elevator in it. Make your way up the room until you get to a platform with two seductresses on it. Defeat them, climb over the railing, then jump up the dagger holds. At the top one, do a wall jump until you activate the pressure plate. Slow time and go through the door on the left before it closes. At the end of this hallway there will be a health bonus fountain.

After the intermission sequence in which Farah kills a Sand Guard for you, climb the rooftops and kill the Sand Archers in your path. After a while you will be told that you have lost the rooftops. Make your way down until you are in a room with one of those mechanisms that you stab your dagger into. It will open two doors. Do not go through the closer one to your right. Go through the one behind you down the ramp. Go through the corridor until you get to a health bonus fountain.

Get past the second tower climb, where you raise stone blocks in elevators when you are at the top. Go inside to see a corridor with traps and diagonal jumping shutters. Go back outside, then go down to the last platform you were on. You will see that you have the landscape view option available. Use it and go into the doorway you see below. It will lead to the last extra health fountain. Note: The traps in this area are difficult. It is frustrating, but you can do it without any slow downs. Do not worry about falling; you will wake up on the floor in front of the fountain and can try again.

Infinite sand

A lot of the secondary weapons have special powers. Some, like the Illusions Dagger, are instant kills if thrown and not blocked. Some will knock an opponent down with one hit, like the axes you get from the weapons racks. However, the most important secondary weapon is the Sand Gate Guard's Sword. At every Sand Gate there is one guard with red armor, who has sand flying to him from the Sand Gate. He is the only guard that can call for reinforcements. If you kill him you only have to deal with the other enemies. Note: All the Sand Gates can be defeated with Speed Kills so that there is no need to fight anyone, but this is difficult. The red Sand Gate Guard drops his sword after you kill him. This sword's power regenerates one Sand Tank approximately every 1.5 seconds. Therefore, as long as you are carrying this sword, you will have virtually unlimited sand, unless you either throw it away or become the Dark Prince. You can regain this sword at any Sand Gate. However, because this sword has a rather low number of hit points, if you want to keep its power do not use it in a fight; just use the dagger and your Sand Powers.

Better Stone Guardian control

When you make it into the City Gardens and have deactivated the Sand Gate, you will encounter a large round sunken arena which is patrolled by four Sand Guards. Speed killed them both with 'double kills' then drop down into the arena. You will be confronted by the Stone Guardian, which is really just a different looking Thrall from Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within, which means you will initially deal with him in the same way. When you are in front of him, roll between his legs then attack the back of his ankles. After a only a little of this he will drop to one knee, just like the Thrall. Climb up on his back, just like the Thrall, but this is where the similarities stop. After you have climbed up on his head you will stab your dagger into the back of his neck, which will enable you to steer him like the chariot. As soon as you gain control of him, lead him through the large, closed, wooden door in the arena then through another door in the adjoining room. As he is running, the giant speeds up and this makes it much more difficult to control him. However, if you brush him up against the walls, he slows down to a manageable speed. However, make sure you only brush the walls or he will crash and land on top of you.

Defeating the Canal Monster

This enemy is like a Thrall from Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within. Start by slashing at its legs and climb on top of it. When you are on top, you can control him. Guide it so that it smashes into the doors. Eventually he will tire out near the end of the canal and the level will be over.

Defeating the giant in the Arena

Run around in a circle avoiding his hands until you find a white crate with steps on it. There should be a dagger hole. Run up and hang on to it, then run to the next one and go over the wall. There is a platform above the giant and it will trigger a speed kill sequence, which must be timed correctly. Repeat this process a second time and you will blind the giant. He will smash part of the arena which will make it more difficult to find the ledge you use to attack him. Run around in a circle until you eventually find it. Do a speed kill sequence, then take him out by slashing his legs which will trigger the final speed kill sequence. If timed correctly, you can defeat him.

Run around him a few times to find a set of brown wooden stairs. Go up the stairs, then when you are on them there will be a location where you can run up and stab your dagger. There will then be another dagger location on your right where you must run to. Then, run onto the wall where the giant opens it for you. There will be another dagger location. You must then run up again, and then on your left will be a platform where you will be able to jump onto the giant and stab him. Repeat this sequence and you will blind him. You can defeat him by cutting his legs when he is blind.

Defeating Mahasti

Prince Of Persia Game Cheats Ps2 Free

When you meet up with Farah again after the brothel, there will be an intermission sequence in which Mahasti will attack you. Climb up to the save fountain, then down to a platform where Mahasti will be waiting for you. Use whatever fighting tactics desired. If you get knocked off the platform, rewind time and dodge the attack. After awhile you will transform into the Dark Prince, and Mahasti will run away. While chasing her, always run to the right, kill the enemy on the platform in between to fill a sand tank, and heal. When you grab the ledge of the platform Mahasti is on, slow time and jump up. Slash at her until slow time ends and she jumps again. Repeat this until her health is depleted. You will then enter a deadlock that you will have to win. If you lose, Mahasti will jump across the arena, and you will have to try again.

Prince Of Persia Game Pc

Prince of persia game cheats ps2 emulatorDefeating the Twin Warriors Boss

Right after the room in which you must move the statue of your father down the hall, you will have your second chariot race. At the end of the race, you will run into the sand enemy that you saw in the earlier intermission sequence. His brother will come with his sword and surround you in a ring of fire. Run towards the one with the sword and slash at him with your dagger. He will block it, and after a little bit his brother will slam his axe into the ground. Roll to the side to dodge it, and his axe will become stuck in the ground. Vault over him while his brother with the sword tries to slash at you. If done correctly, you will trigger a speed kill scene where you slash them both down to half health. Repeat this process. When the brother with the axe jumps towards you, roll to the side and get away from him. Only go for the one with the sword. If you fail a speed kill you will get knocked to the ground and lose a lot of health. If you find yourself on the ground, do not try to attack coming up; just roll away to the side.

Defeating the Vizier

When you step into the circular room, the floor will rise up until you are level with the fighting stage. There will be a short intermission sequence, then the fight will start. Immediately after the intermission sequence ends, roll to the side to dodge an attack. Repeatedly roll to the side until the Vizier charges at you. Roll to the side once to dodge it, then charge at him and double slash with your father's sword. He will block the dagger, and any slashes after the second one. After you have hit him twice, roll backwards or to the side to repeat the process. If your attack misses, do not try to attack him until he attacks you again. There will be three times when the Vizier will fly up and throw statues at you. Just keep running left or right until you see the statue, then roll in the same direction to dodge it. After awhile, the Vizier will fly up and crumble one of the walls. The chunks of stone will hover around in a circle around the center of the room. The Vizier should be on the opposite end of the stage. Make your way through, then wall run up the columns behind him. At the top of your wall run, trigger a speed kill to cut one of his wings off. If you make a mistake on the wall run or the speed kill, or the Vizier moves before you can activate the speed kill, just try again. Do not get caught on the edge. If you touch the railing it will hurt you. After a few speed kills and you cut off both of his wings, he will fly up and take the boulders with him. Never stop moving, because he constantly shoots sand attacks at you. Make your way up until you get to a beam. Activate the final speed kill sequence, then kill him.

Prince Of Persia Game Cheats Ps2 Cheats

When the fight begins, immediately roll backwards, then get close to him and block his attack. Attack him quickly because he is a hit and run type Boss. After you hit him a few times he will fly back and try to hit you with a piece of the arena. Get close to him again, blocking his punches, and attack him a few times. He will fly back and try to hit you with two pieces of the arena. Roll to dodge them. Then, attack him again and he will fly back and try to hit you with three pieces of the arena. Get close, block, and attack him again. The Vizier will now blow up part of the arena and there will be blocks going around in circles. Try not to get hit by them, as they can do a lot of damage. Do not rewind time if you get hit; try to conserve your sands for later. The Vizier will now fly to every other column and try to hit you with an energy beam. Dodge and get close. Run up the column behind him, which will trigger a speed kill sequence in mid-air. If timed correctly, you will slice off one of his wings. The Vizier will now try to hurt you by trying to hit you with energy beams. You must get close to him and run up the column behind him, which will trigger another speed kill sequence in mid-air. If timed correctly, you can slice off his other wing. It is easy to predict where he will go because it is every other column. Get close to him for the final time and run up the column behind him. It will trigger the final speed kill sequence, where you will stab him with the sword and the dagger. Once this is done the Vizier will take the pieces that were on the ground and form an obstacle course in the air. Look around with the camera and find a block that is sticking out. Run up the column and rebound to grab it. Make your way to the top. Conserve your sands because the Vizier will try to hit you in mid-air, and if you get hit it is a long way down. Use slow time to help you. When you get to the top you will become level with the Vizier. Jump towards him to trigger a Matrix-style sequence. Wait for the dagger to glow and time it correctly to defeat him. You will stab him and you will both fall. After the intermission sequence, the Dark Prince will take you to a dream world where the walls and platforms are yellow and black, and everything is glowing and moving. Pursue the Dark Prince and slash him every time. You are safe in this world because if you fall you are returned to the platform from which you fell. Get to the end where you will see Farah telling you to wake up and come into the light. The Dark Prince will be next to you. Do not bother attacking him because he will make two more copies of himself. Walk into the light to complete the game.
